Almost 2,000 organizations across the globe were part of IDC’s SaaSPath survey, which is a key guide for SaaS buyers. It helps them analyze their core processes and requirements over 15 functional application markets for leading SaaS vendors.

The survey includes:

■ Application deployment and adoption

■ In-depth vendor reviews, advocacy scores

■ Replacement cycle timing

■ Application migration strategy

■ Packaging and pricing options

Customers were asked to rate each vendor on more than 30 different customer satisfaction metrics. From product usage to implementation, Zoho CRM’s scores significantly outperformed the overall average vendor scores across all parameters.
